Progressions can inspire you to work on your soul's goals for this life, including replacing ego-gratifying obsessions with personal growth activities.

Seeing the bigger picture may lead you to change the direction of your present life by, for example, participating in politics, working for a nonprofit or simply volunteering to make your community better.

Knowing that relationship problems are resolved in the future may allow you to focus on your issues now, or to create the time apart that you both need to attain peace and a new perspective.

"We'll deal with it next time. Leave me alone now," is not a very helpful attitude to maintain in any relationship: Realizing that the relationship is resolved in a future life may lessen your sense of urgency to resolve issues now.

Foreseeing a negative future life can further depress someone who is already depressed in their present life.

You might put off the work your soul requires because you see it resolved in a future reincarnation.

Future possibilities may overwhelm you when it comes to making decisions for the benefit of your current life.

Remember to Focus on Your Present Life

As with any type of spiritual work, I advise that you use the insights you gain in future life progressions as just more information to add to your decision-making process. Don't rely on a possible future to determine your very real present circumstances.
