Are They Really Us
from our Past Life or Future Lives?
Here's a thought about Guardian Angels: Is it possible that they are your own self from a past life or future lives?
After being a past life regression therapist for 15 years, trained by Dr. Brian Weiss, and after working more than 20 years as a spiritual healing practitioner, I pose this question as a possibility, not as a statement of fact.
Very often, during a past life regression session - my own or a client's - we ask our previous self for any wisdom, guidance, and direction that was learned in that particular lifetime, especially in relation to an issue in our present lives. During some sessions we go to a life between lives and meet a Spirit Helper or Teacher there.
Almost every time we ask, that past self, Guardian, or Teacher responds with remarkably helpful information and direction. The answers we receive about what we learned can help with our in-the-now anxiety or fear, our self-confidence, guide us in career possibility, in healing our physical illness, or resolving any number of other things.
I've always thought of these Spirit Helpers as something other than my "self" - something I define as "more Divine," or all-knowing. But I wonder: perhaps it is my own soul, my higher self, my reincarnation self - some "me" of another time/space who provides the guidance. After all, who could possibly know me and my needs better?
