How to Set Goals
My best recommendation for how to set goals includes engaging both the right and left sides of the brain. The more of your brain you use, the more invested you are in attaining the goals you set. The steps listed below use your imagination (creative, right brain) as well as your skills in defining lists and scheduling tasks (logical, left brain). This is how to set goals with a balanced approach. Here are 16 simple steps that I recommend. It's best done with a notebook or tape recorder handy.
How to Set Goals in 16 Easy Steps
- Find a comfortable place to sit and relax.
- Close your eyes.
