After your past life regression session you're likely to feel an urge for organizing your home. This is a great opportunity to make your personal space better reflect and support your spiritual growth.

When your personal space is organized, you'll find that you can think more clearly, plan new projects more easily, and keep focused on your goals.

Fewer distractions will drag you from the changes you're making in your life, and a lot of the procrastination tasks that create obstacles to your real life's work will be gone.

How many times have you avoided the important steps to your spiritual growth because you can't wait any longer to...

• ...rearrange the coffee mugs in your cupboard


• ...organize your slacks by color in the closet


• ...put your shoes back in their boxes


• ...gather the rubber bands around the house into a ball


• ...etc., etc., etc.?

Organizing your home can seem like a daunting project if you approach it all at once -- or if you force yourself to do it. It's also unending if you allow yourself to become obsessive-compulsive about it.

Let your reorganizing reflect the current changes in your life. Instead of redoing your whole house, put your energy where it will most help you in the next few steps of your personal development and spiritual growth.

Sometimes that's in your bedroom, or just in your closet or drawers. Other times it might be your kitchen or your tool shed or garage. If you have a home office, that's often the room that needs attention, especially if your work is related to your spiritual purpose.

Whatever room(s) you're drawn to when organizing your home, you'll find that having your material things in order in the physical realm helps you organize non-material things in your personal and business realms.

You can search your local dollar stores, peruse the aisles of the large hardware-and-more superstores, search the Web, flip the pages of innumerable catalogs, or recycle items for organizing your home.

You can find great compartmentalized boxes in the sporting goods and tools sections of your local superstores. A tackle box is now my jewelry box; a screws-and-nuts 12-inch tall cabinet is great for storing necklaces. I painted the outside to be more of a "girl" case and the plastic drawer fronts let me identify what's inside. I've also re-purposed an apple tray for crafts supplies.

In addition, if you really hate to organize on your own, there are many professional organizers to help you, often at very affordable prices! The organization that I'm familiar with is called the National Association of Professional Organizers and their website is worth checking out. It includes a list of people trained to help you in organizing your home. Look through their excellent information page on how to choose an organizer for your needs.

I found a great organizing website that I want to share with you. It has a lot of information to help you with decluttering, recycling, and choosing furniture to store your stuff. They provide lots of organizing tips so you can make your housekeeping cheaper, quicker, and easier.
