Past Life Regression Sessions
One of the most important distinctions in a regression is that you are the one going back in time to retrieve information and insight that will help you in your present life. The experience is more immediate. You re-feel the emotions of the time. Your senses are involved directly. I've found that a regression leaves a more lasting, useful impression on a client than a reading. I believe that's because the direct experience is on an emotional level, versus a reading, which is information only. Feelings reside in the right side of the brain; therefore, a regression engages the whole brain while a reading reaches the left brain only, as information.
