Can you help me with future lives and about soul mates?

I would like to understand more about soulmates and future lives.

Last year I met a girl and the moment I met her something I have never felt before was warming my heart in the strangest of ways. Something about her stirred something in my head that I have never felt before.

For a moment I felt like I knew her, but I knew for sure I didn't. I also knew for sure we were going to be together. We are now dating.

Earlier this year she told me that I was more than just her boyfriend. She said something I never expected to hear: she called me her soul mate. This had been in the back of my mind I immediately knew it could be true.

Recently I stumbled upon a forum thread where a person was answering people's questions about their future. Answers to questions I sent as well as responses to others were astoundingly accurate. He isn't a professional but is willing to share his gift.

I sent him two more questions? Would I lead a normal life (he said yes) and if my girlfriend and I were going slowly fall apart or if our love would last for a long time.

His answer shocked me. He said, "Well your love does last for a long time, like forever. It will last for several life times. If you don't hold a grudge, you'll be going back and back and back to her in many of your future lives. You're destined to be with her."

I was wondering if you knew about future lives and about true soul mates and how destiny works with something like this. This is kind of new territory for me so if there is anything else that is important, please tell me.
