Goals and reincarnation: You might be wondering what one has to do with the other. Before I explain, let me say that there are two parts to the answer.

The Art of Setting Up Your Target

The first part is about the art of setting up your objectives. Exploring your dreams, choosing your objectives, organizing them, determining the steps to achieve them, and taking those steps all belong in this category.

Then we work back in time with the visualizations until we're six months from the present and the steps to fulfill each purpose are clear.
