Past Life Memories
or Just Hopeful Daydreams?

How can I tell if some of the memories I have are from a past life or just wishful thinking and daydreaming?

I'm part Greek and the cultural influence was strong while I was growing up. So how can I tell if I actually lived in Ancient Greece in a past life or if I'm imagining it because of all the movies I've seen and stories I've read about that time and place in history?
