I have been betrayed over and over again in this life by everyone! It is really strange. I know I am to learn a lesson from this so that I can grow--but geeezzzz. It is getting ridiculous. My sisters, my old friends--all have stooped to betrayal. I have walked away from them after they betrayed me more than once--but then someone I never suspected betrays me! I can honestly say that most of it is because I 'assumed' they would be truthful and honest, when their past actions were not. I feel like I'm being knocked over the head! But there is no one left in my life! Help! I feel like I should have the answer by now.

Betrayal can be seen as bad karma, certainly, after you've investigated any possible reasons for it in your present life. First, examine the relationships you make and look at how you choose them, the quality of friends or other relationships you create, and if there are consistent cues you miss from people in conversations or their actions.
Betrayal is a breaking of trust, so it's important to look at how you trust people, if you're trusting people who have integrity, or if you're placing trust in people who don't honor their own word with their actions.
It's also important to look at the people in your life and find out if you're trusting them through your own assumptions or through their words and promises.
If all that checks out, then it's likely that either your own pattern of trusting the wrong people comes from your past lives, or that these relationships are continuations of personal connections from previous lifetimes.
